With the DEI Drop-Off rate increasing, I'm concerned that businesses are rolling back their stance on racial injustice.This may explain why more and more people in my community are interested in using their own platform in their fight for justice and launching their memorial or social justice foundations online, but SO much has changed from when I first got online.In fact, in order to take my own brand to the next level this year, I had to remove a lot of the beliefs and behaviors that were holding Hello Ambi back, as well as learn a TON of new strategies to make my brand grow (hence the 4 new certifications).As we wrap up the first half of the year (can you believe we are already 6 months into the year!), I’m proud to say that this year has literally been the best year with the most growth my brand has ever seen.
